Hi @outlander - yeah, over it already! I dont know that my lil boy has a worn out setting! I'm pretty sure he could run all day from one thing to another! Wish he could share his energy!

no hands not healing all that well or at all, if anything its getting worse, im waiting for an appt for a hand specialist.

im not a fan of hourse work either, i try to do little bits at a time @Jojo2i cant do a whole lot atm. a shower and basic things atm are hard work.

just do what you can, general tidy ups, the bigger things can be done slowly

thats what im like most of the time @outlander
but i do try and do as much as i can otherwise it all becomes to much for me. like washing and vacuuming and mopping and all that. im trying to loose some weight because my back is really hurting when i do things.

how do you get through your day when your feeling well

thats ok, we only do what we can do @Jojo2 i try to set myself some rewards like do a load of washing, do the dishes and then i get a reward of some sort. sometimes its broken down to smaller parts where i put a load of washing on and then i have a rest.

when im feeling well? i dont have alot of choice atm to do alot even when im unwell but i try to do something different, something i like to do when im well like going for a longer drive, go for a walk in nature. i try to enjoy the good moments and days as much as possible
