Iv just coming down of meds. I mind is a siv atm. I don't know what I'm writing atm . I don't know if I'm repeating myself. But I'm trying . The last few days has been full. I'm trying to stay calm. I'm taking it minute by minute. I don't know what else to do

y for dinner sometimes with all the best intentions, and then I am so hungry by the time I want to go to sleep that it keeps me awake ..... so I mostly now just eat a full meal and be done with it. I sleep better that way.

@Faith-and-Hope I am not to bad fitness wise but I cannot shake off any weight. I actually come in as obese 😥

Ask your doctor about metabolic sydrome @Ant7 ..... I didn’t know that high stress levels can be a main cause. I eat well, and exercise a lot, but our circumstantial stress has been high and prolonged.
