hi @soul thankfully its quite abit cooler tomorrow

im at social group tomorrow. they have a guest counsellor coming in- i think they said help with family conflict- that is right up my alley!

suppose to be chance of rain and low 20s tomorrow much welcome relief!

the content of the things they talk about is ok @soul but the people arent welcoming at all and really id rather not be there. but im learning from that sort of stuff too even without interacting with the people there. oh yes i cant wait for cooler weather! its 830 here and still have the air con on so no cool change yet

My head is a bit clearer tonight, just feel lethargic. My S3 has it as well but he was a sweetheart and cooked tea while I did washing.
All early to bed tonight.
