@sally4-you would have been sent an email by the moderators with emergency support numbers. I'm not sure if the SANE helpline is available this afternoon, but I have a feeling it's not. The moderators in this forum can't assist you in a crisis as they are covering the whole forum and making sure everything runs smoothly.
