Hi @frog, good to see you. Glad to hear your day got better than it was. Mine has gone the same way really. So cool you found that self-forgiveness exercise helpful. I too was a bit cynical about it when I first heard it, had trouble saying it sincerely. But have been doing it on and off for a number of months now and find that it just gets easier and better as time goes by. I too did it a number of times today. Hope your evening is enjoyable too.
