Anyone feel like chatting?

I am glad @Mazarita that you found one you can relate to. Unfortunately it is like any profession, you get good, bad, ok, amazing ones. I can see the bad ones having a detrimental effect on people’s mental well being.

I think also because it relies so much on whether you relate to each other or not, it's personal. A good psychologist for one person may not be for another, @Former-Member. I'm really glad you have yours too. Are you at all tired after staying up all night?

No not tired yet @Mazarita. I am sure that will come later on today. Probably when I have to pick the kids up from school!!!

Wow, I wonder how you stay so awake, @Former-Member. With me, when I get into all nighters, it's because of my bipolar for the most part. What are your diagnoses, if you don't mind me asking. No need to answer though if you prefer not to.

@Mazarita I think sometimes I am worse if I only sleep a little. I am sure I will feel it later on. Have been diagnosed with C-PTSD, anxiety and depression. Only diagnosed about 6 months ago.

@Former-Member, I've had anxiety and depression my whole life too, since childhood. Hard to live with. Hugs if you like them. I'm getting sleepy again now though. I think I might have to log off for another chunk of sleep before I get up properly. Only just after 6.15am where I am. Hope you can get some sleep after you've got the children off to school.
