I’m ok @bubbles. Really hot today and I’ve been at my Mum’s.
Resting up now as the kids coming for dinner so extra cooking to do.

@Bubbles3 you were safe and got through the night. It might not have been what you wanted but it wasn't a waste of time. Getting help is never a waste of time.

It's like @The-red-centaur says, seeking help is never a waste of time, it's extremely hard when your other half doesn't understand or maybe has things on there mind that create a negitive invironment. Hope tonight is not so bad and keep telling your self that your looking forward to seeing the Psycholoist tomorrow.
