But definitely anything to do with my Dad.. or another 2 guys in my life.. And my family in general.. so my Mum.. siblings.. They all make me anxious.. To talk about or to even face them. The future.. The past.. The present.. A lot

If anything has to do with sexual assault.. I just loose it @outlander ... and abusive relationships.. etc etc.

Thunderstorms were my biggest fear as a kid. But -- no weather in particular. I find myself miserable every day so -- yeah. Nothing there.

I do get slightly more anxious I say but nowhere like I used to @outlander

do you find not being in control make your anxiety worse?

is there certain places that make your anxiety worse? even thinking about going there?

do arguments trigger you
does fear of abandoment affect you?
Does being criticized affect you?
Does the fear of being rejected affect you
what else do you think makes your anxiety worse- pain? Loud nosies? Being sick? Change? Kids?
