went ok for abit then down then just flatlined now @MDT

been watching movies most of the day. thankfully the cool southerly has come and it is raining.

Really nice choice then @outlander. Like the black and white format too. Very cool.

I have been working diligently at my rehabilitating my arm and hand both at home and outside therapy sessions. I start therapy in the pool this week. Progress is being made but not as fast as I would like. I get very frustrated at times because of the things I can’t do. Thanks for asking.

Thanks @soul there was a toss up between a few but like this one the best for now.
I can only imagine how frustrating it would be to really only have to the one hand. I hope things start to improve alittle faster with abit more rehab. Best of luck with the pool sessions!
