Yes, I'm trying to unwind too, @Former-Member. It was a good day, a hard day, but a good one. Yikes to an unwelcome surprise visitor.

I only had about 2-3 hours sleep last night. Then today went to a friend's place and helped her with some packing. Later went out to visit friends about an hour away, had a good time over dinner, came home. I've felt weirdly strung out all day, but kind of calm with it. Usually my days are far less active, and less social and I get rocked easily by things happening around me.
