It's been rather too quiet at my end, for the past few days.

Feeling isolated, although still making efforts to contact people.

My psychologist sent me an email reply (this afternoon).

Despite feeling exhausted & not very functional, over the past 5 days - she said that in fact I'm actually Doing awesome! (compared to past years).

That's because I've at least done some shopping trips.

Whereas she reckons that last year I would have been too dissociated to leave the house to go shopping (at this time of year).

I've been rather down, & exhausted (maybe dissociated), so it's very hard to write (post) much.

Yes that email gave me a boost.

It's amazing how some positive or meaningful communication can boost my mood.

How have you been? I think I saw your post (say) that you're glad that you got through Christmas.
