Thanks @Ant7,but don't think I ever will be,least you are still working and productive,I let everything get to me where I couldn't get out of bed....it ruined me.Thats why my best advice to anyone is to keep the momentum going regardless of how you feel,it's important.

I gave up @Ant7 last year,now I try and keep busy to distract the thoughts but I think most times I'm just trying to stay alive as long as I can,but the SC thoughts are always there,whether I'm just waking up or on a big walk.
