Hi @Bubbles3 There is a lot of bird talk on the forum and I am enjoying hearing them tweet atm irl.

I was told to stay by phone by son, but may go out and do gardening later ...

I made it to a new group today.

I like the ideas in the group and the 2 ladies running it.

There are also some people in it that are struggling a lot more than I, so I have to count my blessings.

Buzzing sounds interesting. Redbull and my heart (and my anxiety) are not friends haha!

I'm going well today thanks ☺ I've had a nice mix of being productive and chilling out. I'm listening to a little blackbird at the moment and watching him bounce around the trees.
