@Former-Member - thank you for the lovely message this morning. It's been so good to see you around this weekend. The Brene/being seen/feeling connected 'moment' shared here was a highlight of my weekend. It came after a really hard afternoon and then it carried me through what ended up being a pretty hard day yesterday. I've managed to save a couple of hours of my book, which should carry me through my trip tomorrow morning also.

I spend a bit of time here in a nest (it's in Something's not right). I'd like to say that it goes without saying that everyone is welcome to go anywhere here, but I know the reality is that this can feel hard to do in some places, as conversations and groups of people have been established and grown together over time. You're very welcome (as is anyone) to call past and say hi there anytime. No pressure to do so at all though ☺

I hope you're ok - it can feel overwhelming and even scary here sometimes. You did really well and very much the 'right' thing (hope you understand what I mean there).

Almost time for me to kick off the day properly and race my big to the shower. This week is shaping up to be a bit of a challenging one and I'm really thankful that I have a new a quiet escape in my headphones to head to as I need. I hope today is ok for you. (I'm looking for a sign off emoji to use here as I'm not sure about my usual go-to. Big decisions for a Monday morning haha 😉! Your flower makes me smile so I'll try this and see how it fits) 🌸

Glad to hear that there is some progressive stuff happening. with that element of real communication... though it sounds like it was rocky and argumentative that got you there. Hoping today is better for you. fingers crossed the drs see things clearer soon or you at least know that they know everything there is to know when they form their conclusions.
