I'm having a very crap day

I've realised many people just don't care about me.... and i dunno why...

I've never done anything to anyone...

Yet no one cares for my health..

Everyone just leaves...

What's the point really?

At least forums are helping me get through it.. but it's still hard..

hi @Former-Member this was suppose to be an easy going thread but my selfishness lead to it not being a 'safe' palce for most. im sorry to everyone.

thank you for what youve written. it means alot. i often see your name pop up and wonder how your going but i cna never seem to find he right place to post and ask how your going.

i can here though- so how are you going?

It's been a long day. I am **finally** having someone help me... to get help. Yeah, that's weird to say. I got abandoned by all my supports early this year.. Been in and out of hospital due to suicide attempts and episodes since with still nobody today.. But hopefully this counsellor, although she won't be necessarily providing me that long term support, will help me or will figure something out.. I will be going to hospital very soon if things don't improve because I am beyond breaking point and just completely aching inside. Things can't possibly be worse than they are now 😞 Just sick of having no help in the community and the only other help in times of crisis is a hospital stay which isn't sustainable or helpful.. but I am at that point again. 💔
