yeah @Bubbles3 everything is ok for now. i just have to be more careful-story of my life latley. it was ble-eding abit more than usual and jsut said it mightve been built up blood and after all the movement ive done today mightve jsut let it out abit. if it continues then go back to my gp or medical centre for furthur checks
