Ah yes i do the same thing when out. I dont go out much. Have to mentally prepare haha ive got 2 weeks to prepare for the next outting.

no plans really, just home day tomorrow i think with kids. though we'll probably go for a walk/playground type of thing.

Last day of school holidays for you too @Former-Member? Hmm im suppose to be resting but i might get out for a walk with sisters. Might go shopping if we get really bored but thats my lastest panic attack place so thats last option. Might take kids for a bike ride while i walk hopefully we don't find the magpies!

Thanks, @outlander. If you feel like you could fall asleep, you should definitely try. I know you didn’t sleep last night.

I’m studying a Bachelor of Arts and recently changed my major from English to Creative Writing. It’s been a long-term project (I started back in 2003 but my MI has been a big issue), but after this semester I’ll only have 2 subjects left to do. I had planned to do post-grad but I’m not sure now that my health will allow it.

I didnt sleep at all @Former-Member ao hopefully ill fall asleep too..

Oh thats good! Creative writing is great. I like poem writing and short stories the best.
Youll know what your limits are. Im sure youll make the right choice

Resting yes but last day of school holidays ao might go for a walk or take the kids for a bike ride as long as we dont find any magpies along the way.
Or depending how bored we are go shopping or something.

we have a week to go of holidays thank goodness @outlander
a gentle walk could be good for you maybe @outlander - they often ride while i try to keep up too. glad the kids are back at shcool for you on monday, will you get a break then on monday?

What state are you in? Different school holiday times to us in nsw...
Yeah i wont be able to walk fast ( no pulling sutures here) but a gentle walk will be nice. Get out of the house for a little bit. If not i can maybe take them to the park that way i can just watch
