Hi @Bubbles3, I have seen you around the forum but don't think I have "meet" you yet. Am a newbie to all of this.

Happy to have a chat with you. Got nothing planned for today.

Not alot @Bubbles3. I have two children (12 & 9) who are home as it's school holidays. Miss 12 is not well so it is a pj day for all of us. Which I am happy about, didn't want to really go out today.

What about you, what are your plans?

Sorry to hear @Bubbles3 about your med change and how it is affecting you. Hopefully it will help in the long run but it doesn't help in the present.

It swaps between rain and sunshine here. Bloody Melbourne weather, can't make up its mind!!

Are your children young? I like my kids the age they are. They can fend for themselves most of the time!

I am meant to have a MHT out at my house this afternoon. I really hope they don't turn up even though I know they will!!

Wow, 3 kids, I struggle to deal with 2 most of the time, but then again I find they are the only thing that keeps me going at times.

But I do find it harder when they are home, I have to put on my "I'm fine" face and it is so exhausting.

I have seen some of your photo's of your birds I think? Hopefully they keep you company when you are sitting outside. I don't like the wind much either (prob not as much as you). But I do love the sound of rain on our tin roof.

yeah 3 kids @Former-Membermine keep me going to. if it wasnt for them i wouldnt be here.
i find it hard when there home to. i enjoy my space and peace and quite.

yeah my bird gizmo is great. i got him for my birthday. love him to bits. he has to be in his cage for a little while now coz his wings are clipped and when he falls off things he hurts his belly which makes it bleed. so we have to be a bit .at the moment

@Bubbles3, sounds and looks like a great bird. We have no pets except for all the rabbits and roos on my property!!

I understand peace and quiet. I don't have many freinds in person, I find that I enjoy my own company alot more than having to deal with people in real life (my psychologist has a field day with this one!). On here, it's alot different however. But I guess it is alot easier when other people can realte to what you are ging through.
