Hi @MDT - sorry to hear that you are feeling prettty lousy. Hope your day got better. How was the job interview? I know uni these days is very much a degree factory. Cram them in a lecture hall and churn them out. Many students don't even turn up and just catch the lessons online unless they have to be in attendance.

I noticed that you changed your display pic. Looks good. I'm guessing that you are a big Star Wars fan. I love the name of your other thread.

hello everyone, hope everyone is ok and their day was ok

Being having a down week with feeling solo with my thoughts as though no one cares in my family as they have never been through major depression. Try to keep occupied and keep in touch with friends. Feel most agitated in the mornings and this wears off during the day. I was told by a therapist I've come along way since she started helping me understand my emotions of depression/anxiety. Want to give a good report of myself but have to blast off a little as I know those on the forum often feel as I do. Hope to report a better day after seeing my GP tomorrow who wants to try pain patches as a trial to see if it will help my bad arthritis. I'll get better and every good wish to each forum member from Bimby2

@Bimby2, if you have good friends,and good mental health support you are fortunate,I have neither,did have once but it left sour , traumatic feelings on top of my problems.I cut off from people due to knowing they aren't actual friends because of their gossiping ways.I have severe problems,don't get on with family if my mother mentions them I get agitated...Don't know how to handle it.No one understands I can't or don't want to hear about others it agitates me.I don't think after over 4 years of counseling,I still don't think I'm any better off understanding my emotions.I suffer feet problems including artritus which does contribute due to the fatigue I can feel and the limits it puts on my life.

Hi @outlander. Rest easy for now. I think it's okay. Niqua may be going through a moment where she needs a bit of time offline. Her last post said she was okay, though struggling with some things. That was only 13 hours ago. Really good of you to care, as I do too. It will be great to see her again when she's ready to post again.
