Anyone feel like chatting?

Did you end up getting your maccas fix @outlander ? I'm lying in bed with my lunch now , yeah it's hard with therapy my dr and psych tried to get me in for a free study with psychiatrists as I can't afford one privately either they said wait is long at least 12 months 😞 this might be my lowest low yet my thoughts haven't been great today , pushing away my closest friend too I'm my own enemy as I hoped they would have checked on me when they finally texted a trivial text I was a dramatic can't do this anymore person 😞 will I always self sabotage? How can I be so lonely and want nothing more than someone to love if I push everyone away at the same time 😞

They are 5 (dyl) and 9 (ethy) dyl is oppositional defiant and the past few weeks I've had to have meeting about his behaviour , he also beats up eth who's a spooky empathy like me ... I'm constantly adjudicator and improviser between the two which I find really hard when I'm barely holding on 😞

Maybe you could enquire a few psychs that take on mental health care plan or have an arrangement to just pay for medicare gap. So i pay 50 each session and mine claim back themselves.

I get the same way. When people are around let them take care of you. Sometimes the carers need help too. As much as you might not want them there just try to let them ok

You are right @outlander I tell anyone who offers no , I'm fine and I'm really not ... I think I was brought up not to take up such offers but you are sooooooo right I really need it xo

@Ney i do the very same thing only i dont get offered help much and dont know how to accept it
