Nothing much @Appleblossom. I think im high from not taking some meds today. Nauty but i like the feeling. I probably be up for most of the night.

I have permission from my doc to up my dose prn ... and I am also giving myself permission to tweak it downwards sometimes as seems appropriate to me. I dont feel naughty about it. I do my research too and it is my body so I take more of the consequences than the doc.

I had a busy day so I should be able to sleep soon and I will take the new normal dose ... which has only been normal for 4 weeks ...

A different cat .... the louder snorier one .. is now on my arm.

Ah well @Bubbles3 dont be too hard on self ... make it a good night.

I can be productive at night but am trying to join the real ... day time world ... but also get involved in high energy stuff like big sings late at night ... doh!

When I am cranky I remind people that women often do a lot of work at night ... in a whole range of roles
