sorry for hogging conv @outlander yeah dunno may have to be a bit more proactive re bosses who knows. hate it when sent to sites with no supervision, just get treated badly by other people who no one wants to work for. Sorry for going on. yes will be fine wasnt tired lastnight, prob more sleep tomorrow, will sort bedding for bit more of happy medium re temp lol

Well it has its moments @outlander ..last night wasn't one of them lol. Been doing it for around 10years, jobs and decent hours/employers harder to come by these days. Think my use by date was a few years ago tbh lol should be doing something else. Am sorta planning an upskill/sidesways change soon, prob ultimately need a much bigger change tho. Work expectations too high these days and a lot of work is just laboring by another name ie very physical.. just getting too jaded and too old to have much interest/see any benefit in it anymore. Rewards aren't there anymore, work is dumber and harder
