today has been bad. i just feel so lonely, abandoned. i cannot stop crying. i haven't been able to get myself to even pick up my phone until now. i have been having bad thoughts and ideas lately.. and nearly went on a limb today to go through with them, but didn't. i don't know how much time i have left or how much longer i can continue merely like this. i feel like such a burden on everything and everyone - even on the forums lately. i am so sorry to everyone for this. i will be leaving the forums. my heart is shattered.

I don't think we have met before. I feel for you, I have been in your situation before - wanting to leave the forum . You sound really hurt and upset. Is there anything I can do? Maybe a chat??

You're not a burden on here @Former-Member💜💕 I think most of us have been through and still are going through similar to what you are. Most of us understand, so please don't hesitate to chat on here when you fee up to it. Sometimes I might not feel up to saying much on the forums, but there's usually someone to chat to. When does work start up again @TAB ? Just went for a big walk. 🏃 Came home with doggy :pile_of_poo: on my shoe eew! 😂
I used to go to classes @Ant7 Now I do yoga/pilates at home, used to every night, but not lately. What sort of work do you do? If you are able to say. 😀 My day was ok, I guess, trying to unwind. Feeling really stressed lately. Lots going on. Thanks for asking, Ant7.
