Having one of those down days where stress makes everything such an effort. I feel like I am standing in the middle of a crowded room, screaming but nobody is listening. I also feel like I can't really say how I feel on here anymore because of Mrs Queenie being a member and reading my posts.

@outlander I feel like I've only got limited support in the non-virtual world. I have to be so guarded all the time. Life stress is pulling me to pieces. I know you know what I mean.

We're improving how you access SANE services, starting with Forums
