Special thanks to @CheerBear for being there at the beginning of this adventure! And @Adge for keeping on with it.

I am about to do my little practice. Bridge is the latest pose that I'm trying.

I wish we did not have to do this Pose So Often (every class).

I counted/ did 10 Downward Dogs, in one Class.

It is Not a favourite of mine....

Shoulder Stand

I Love This Pose!

It's one of the Rare Yoga Poses that I actually Find Easy to Do.....

It's an Advanced Pose.

The Tree Pose.

No, I Don't find Tree Pose Easy to Do (at all).

It's Hard....

This is the Head Stand.

I find this Very Difficult to Do....

I cannot do it without help/ assistance.

Someone has to Flip my Legs Up in the Air - Otherwise I Cannot Get my Legs Up....

Actually this is the Upward-Facing Dog Pose (not Cobra).

Sphinx/ Cobra is Lower Down...
