Can't stop crying

Can't stop crying

Haven't been on the Forum for awhile. Have been very busy with choirs, going to concerts, preparing for a bigconcert muyself.

Watching the news today, I saw a report on Equine Assisted Interventions. I knew about this form of therapy; a friend of mine hosts training psychologists on his property. Yet, upon seeing it on the news and hearing it helped victims of sexual abuse, I simply lost the plot. I can't stop crying. All strategies I know are good for a few minutes and the flood gates open again. Perhaps I just need to let it flow.

Singing @Shaz51. One and a half hours with a singing teacher and you're exhausted

Wow, your birthday today? - Hope you've had a great day and a lovely dinner. Many happy returns .

I made herring salad yesterday; a Northern European speciality with potatoes cooked in the jacket. It's rather an acquired taste, easy to make and I love it.

Oh yes, the jigsaws - I just play online between 200 and 500 pieces. Just to relax.
