Why did they put me on an order and lock me up. I'm scared. I hate it here.

Ive read somewhere that your in a psych ward...?

I bet that is super scary. Is there anything you can do to distract yourself?

Don't think that would be the best idea of you want to get out of there. Hopefully after a night sleep you can talk to one of the doctors on the plan for you health and work on yourself and getting out of there.

So I got through the night, didn't sleep well but oh well.
Dr approved leave for the afternoon to go to a new support group. I'm nervous and excited.

That's good you got through the night. Understandable you didn't sleep well. That's good you had a positive meeting with the doctor and are going to get a support group. Fingers cross you like it and find it really helpful.
