@CheerBear I have been doing a little research on days in September. As we are unaware of any September birthdays at this point I thought it could be fun to turn some of these 'strange celebrations' into party days....
9th Teddy Bear Day
12th Chocolate Milkshake Day
13th National Peanut Day
16th National Play Doh Day
18th National Cheeseburger Day
19th Talk like a Pirate Day
21st International Peace Day
22nd Elephant Appreciation Day
23rd International Rabbit Day
28th Ask a stupid question Day

I know we both find joy in party planning together so this should give us both something to work towards @CheerBear - and if neither or either of us are not 'up to it' then other members in OUR Team can plan for us @Former-Member @Shaz51 @Faith-and-Hope @Maggie @Kurra @Former-Member @Former-Member (have I forgotten anyone CB - bet I have.....)

Hey, there's a date in a few weeks that I'd love to make a special date if we can. It's world animal day as far as I can tell. Just mentioning it so maybe we can work whatever out so there's no clash. This is a quiet post but hopefully you can can hear what I mean. It would mean a lot if we could 🙂

World Animal Day - October 4th @CheerBear locked in and mandatory (whether I am well or not!) I am going to start working on that one today! Me thinks the catering for that day NEEDS to be 100% vegetarian

ps - my favourite days in September are Teddy Bear Day, Talk Like a Pirate Day (that one should be fun), Elephant Day and Rabbit Day @CheerBear
I propose that every post on Pirate Day has to have a pirate reference, pirate word or pirate speech in it somewhere @Faith-and-Hope will be good at the last one lol

Yes thank you @Zoe7! This animal day thing would mean a huge amount to me 🙂 As a vego, I'm totally fine with 100% vegetarian on this day. Can't see a BBQ or roast being appropriate either 😉

Not painting - tried to do too much and fell in a heap - so just resting now. But I tried so I am taking that as progress
