Morning forunites
Been for a bike ride on the new track nearby. Two older blokes got lost with me. Caught up with them wished them a good day.
Did pretty well. First ride in about 5 months. Hams lost weight lol.
Got my anti snoring mouth guard. Hoping it helps. Need to sleep on my back these days due to getting sore legs.
Will be back at work on Sunday. Easy shift and can ease back to it after having time off for my health - got a really bad flu and the office is putrid. Made me worse.
Anyway, looks like everyone has been dropping like flies.
Just having some coffee and banana bread at some new place.
All seems well. Not taking anything for granted
