@StuF Hey StuF my day is going great isnt the weather stunning! how couldnt anyone not feel great on a day like today 😄 . i have had a tuna, quinoa and peri peri with brown rice lunch and some water so am feeling healthy inside and out! just about to do some exercises!

@PeppyPatti hi PeppyPatti yes i dont worry about the support buttons anymore is so ridiculous and crappy they dont work half the time.
