I'm scared

I know going today is a huge thing

Given how she treated me last time

Given how they all treated me

This will tell me if this poetry group has a future with me in it

But I'm still scared

I'm good at stonewalling

Give her nothing about everything that has changed

The facilitator is the same as from the Thursday group that did... the one I left because they were gaslighting and emotionally abusing me...

It's only once a month and last month was the day after... she's a peace keeper not a peace maker and will quite likely ask me to come back... but I won't

ugh sucks that the same facilitator is there 😕 definitely support you in not going back, especially if the environment does feel comfy/safe @avant-garde

are there other poetry groups that you might be able to join instead?

I'm hoping the Friday group is different, I'll make a decision later. This group has a purpose, the one I left on a Thursday is just a pointless community group.
