I have realised perhaps irrational worry about cat is really me being depressed. I went through a stage once when I just worried that people I knew were going to die.Same sort of thing.

Time for me to wake up ..

People with cats unforunately do all sorts of things - my parents have gone away on a cruise and their cat has been alone for weeks, locked in part of the house. (It does get fed by a cousin once a day).

It's not ideal for the cat.
But that cat is okay. I guess you will find a way with ur sweet cat. But I think it's nice that you care for its wellbeing. That is commendable.

The physio garden is still going strong although I have not worked in it for a while. Thank you for remembering my Guerilla gardening. Hugs.

My son is alright. Playing Schubert on piano as we speak and going for a hike with a friend later today. I am cautiously optimistic as there have been choppy seas for a while. But by George, I gotta love him. He is a beautiful person in his way.

Regarding pretty pictures on the internet, I really do hope things improve with informal life supports and that any future paid supports do their actual job. Good luck navigating it all. I think it helps to share here about it. It is best we are not so isolated and can see it for what it is, rather than taking the service failure to heart and personally.
