Please remember to look after yourself aswell, you also deserve to be supported in this situation. You don't want things to get really bad so if you can recognise now that things are starting to get a bit much it's a good time to get some help sooner than later to hopefully avoid things getting worse.

You have both been through a lot of stress since last year. With the whole evil landlord and then the new rental manager wanting to back out.

I would have scheduled in a nervous breakdown.

In fact I’m planning a small nervous breakdown for next week after Friday’s Conciliation Mediation for settlement with my ex.
