I get to go to church and have my recent abuser there who is currently getting away with what she did to me after a day with multiple distressing flashbacks yesterday and thrashing in my sleep that my wrists hurt where nobody quite gets what I go through on a daily basis just to function that they don't know the impact of their actions and think that I'll be fine.

But I've been in worse churches

okay that sounds a bit grim @avant-garde perhaps you could go somewhere else to avoid this person ?

I love my church and won't let another abuser take another thing I love away from me, she doesn't control me and by not going means I'm letting her dictate my actions

Thunder are a very, very good side @TAB and it will take a lot to beat them. We certainly need to be on the ball otherwise the Thunder will makes us pay. As I said, I am not overly confident but I have written the Canes off in a few games this year but they have found a way ...the final will be another story though ...everything crossed but not overly hopeful.
