The grief and the feeling of loss doesn’t stop. Over time we learn to acknowledge our feelings, sit with feelings, make time to grieve.
Thousands of people participate in ANZAC Day. Thousands of people stop on the 11/11 at 11 o’clock.
I celebrate my parent’s birthdays. I wouldn’t be here without them.

My mum's alive, she's just, she has DID and is still with dad. One of her alters abused me too.
I don't celebrate either of them, why celebrate the man who didn't give a beep about me?
