Thanks for including me in the tag , I'm a lost little one today having anxiety in my car willing myself just to get out and start the day ... this happens a lot..I'm all over the shop at the moment so still around but I seem to be cycling quickly between anxiety / depression/ fantasy so trying my best , big hugs to everyone xx
