I completely agree definately right lady.

Medication all good and it was a nice who trip for him but Mr Rocker has driving him home because he smashed his car up 3 weeks ago and he knows he can continue to trust us

The one thing that survivors of narcissistic abuse have in common is the same cycle.

All survivors go through the same process after the final discard, because we try to make logical reasoning for the abuser’s actions and you realise that there is no logic and there is nothing you could have done to change the outcome.

So forward it is. Recreate yourself and your life. There is no other option.
