Good Morning!

@Former-Member Good for you doing the walking.

I don’t do media. I follow furniture designers, wood turners and Dr Glenn Doyle.

That’s all G

@Former-Member yes I sauna every second day 💚

I love it G

Ah @Glisten

Did you follow Dr Tara Swart, she is a neuroscientist at MIT.

At one stage ?

I need to copy this Dr too to look up when I'm ready to .....

.. so long as not fm Gozzy eh @PeppyPatti @Glisten lol jeez ever been to maccas at Greenwood @ midnight on a week night ? cant get much worse than that.. ok they have money and cars , but same people lol

@PeppyPatti both myself and my daughter follow Dr Tara.

Neurobiology and Neuropsychology are relatively new fields of research.

Brain 🧠 plasticity is a wonderful thing.

Also the reason I sauna as much as possible.

@TAB it’s changed now mate.

Gozzy isn’t bad or Greenwood. Even Heathridge is swank now.

Personally I miss the way it all was in the 90s.

North Beach was Balga by the sea.

Nolly was a place to be feared LOL.

It’s just not fun anymore hehehe
