Morning @redheaded. I'd planned to go to our local market this morning - but slept in... it's becoming a habit again.
Will get dressed and go and do a basic shop. Try and avoid the bottle shops. Might call one of the AA girls & have a chat about my strong urge to drink.

@utopia I'm ok. I have 2 hours leave off the psych ward which I'm looking forward to, going home for a bit.
Good luck with it. Hope you stay strong, and if you don't that's ok just dust yourself off and try again
