Hi @Former-Member - hope you're well. Not much for me today. I'll get some groceries this morning, do some work during the day then yoga tonight. Not sure about the weekend yet. What about you?

Ahh, another yoga enthusiast @soul. I need to read back through the feed to see who is into yoga!! Not a lot planned, have to see mental health team this morning and have kids home on school holidays so depending on weather, might go for a bike ride to the park. Get them out of the house!!

A bike ride to the park sounds like fun @Former-Member. I used to love taking my kids to the park. Beautiful memories.
