@outlander hope you can rest and feel better. I am trying to feel calm through the transition to a new place - have to meet the agent soon and get the info on how everything works from keys to bin day...all those details. Then I have to move some stuff. Feeling very anxious. Take care.

Take care @outlander. I should have a checkup myself. Need to find a good GP. Having only moved here not that long ago, I went to the closest one for referral to psych. She was so bland. Hardly said a thing, no empathy, very unprofessional. Was supposed to liaise with psych for followup sessions. It all fell through then I couldn't be bothered anymore and realised that I have to sort things out myself with a little help from my Forum Friends who give me moral support.
I have a couple of physical health issues that need dealing. Must put it on the "to do" list.

@frog its pretty ber wracking moving but its also exciting too. Think of the new adventures you can have in your new home. ❤
@Former-Member hopefully this passes quickly. I dont really get colds but when they come they hit hard but ill be ok 😊 hope your well and enjoying your birds ❤
@soul that sounds like a very unprofessional gp. I hope your able to find a more caring one soon. Physical issues need to be addressed too esp if they are worrying you. Hope they arent too bad ❤
@Former-Member maybe that could be your goal today i will... ring the gp. ... hope you start to feel better soon does your gp practice have an online booking system? Heaps of practices not just gps have an online booking option and i wasnt aware of it until i looked...

I think most places here are a bit resistant to using internet stuff because lots of people here still don't have reliable internet. My daughter does dance in a converted shed thats 5 mins out of town and there's not even mobile phone coverage! So lots of people unless they live in town don't rely on internet for things...
