@Shaz51 That is 2 big days in a row - despite the rain. It has been raining on and off here for a couple of days but it has been really cold all week. That has added to me being so unwell. I can't go outsied for some fresh air because it is too cold and when I need to go out (GP etc.) it compunds my symptoms. I also woke up this morning still with a headache and a stomach ache on top of everrything else. The headache is most likely still a carry over from the stress of the last few days - and some painkillers today have eased it slightly. I layed on the couch and slept most of the morning and my stomach ache is much better - still there but nowhere near as painfull. It is all very frustrating - I am doing everything asked of me- taking my meds, eating well, resting, etc. but still seem to be constantly getting sick on top of the MH issues. I know my body has become very 'damaged' over the last 10 months and my immune system is pretty much 'cactus' at the moment but I really need a break from feeling so unwell all the time. It feels like 2 steps forward and 3 back.

The cold weather has made my throat, cough and breathing worse @Shaz51 I have lung function testing in a few weeks - I am constantly getting infestions and wheezing alot lately.

Toby is asleep next to me and Cat is on her chair next to the heater - they are both such little cuties

well we are off to do 2 lawns @Zoe7 my sister -- nice easy ones

@Shaz51 Take it easy with the 2 lawns. I will stay inside in the warth until my GP appointment - I've even thinking of cancelling so I don't need to go out into the cold. I'll see how I feel later after I have a shower.

@Faith-and-Hope I think we posted to each other - at the same time - on different threads

I was actually just laying here, looking at the walls and the ceiling (and my paintings) and wishing I had the energy to prepare them for painting when your image came through @Faith-and-Hope - the FC strikes again
