@Bimby2 Hello lovely Forum friend. Thanks for the shout out. I'm doing ok today, but the evenings are often a challenge as I really struggle to wind down & end up winding up instead. This leaves me perpetually exhausted and so the cycle goes on.
How are you going? Your name and cheeky lil giraffe often make me smile. They go together so well. I often try to imagine who the people are behind the names, pictures and stories. I wonder how accurate I would be. Lol, probably way off, although it's a nice place here most of the time with a sweet, caring and kind people.

@Bimby2 seeing giraffes in the wild in Africa last year made me appreciate them so much more. And I got up close to several at a sanctuary and feed them from my teeth lol. Apparently, their saliva has amazing antibacterial properties adapted because of the acacia trees they have a fondness for, and the thorns they get jabbed with. Sounds a bit gross, but it was a lovely experience.

Good morning @Maggie 🙂 My fish start waking from about 6:30 but more often than not I am up sometime when the time starts with 5. I really enjoy early early morning and find it gives me a calm, peaceful start to the day.
