I'm doing ok'ish, ta Shaz51, rarely without pain these days, not sure what's going on, accept wear and tear (age), but you know about all that. Are you stable atm? Hope so, just doing the best we can I guess. xox

I'm hoping that doing all this yoga will help with my aches @Former-Member. I am so tight across my shoulders. The instructor tonight tried to adjust one of my poses but it was the best I could do. She reckons it will get better with more practice. Hope so.
