I'm ok this arvo thanks. I'm crafting at the moment (obviously not at this exact moment while I am on my phone!), so that is always a good thing. I'm playing with wire which is new for me 🙂

my brain does not feel like it is not working today , and I received a whole lot of information from kidney health australia about my stage 4 kidney disease
Mr shaz is ok, but has not been listening to what I have said and he keeps correcting me
my throat feels yuk and tummy aches -- sorry my friend for the whinge
I think I need a cuppa
