Re: Good Morning!

Had @Owlunar a 12-14 km walk yesterday ,had a sore foot all night but antiflamatories helped this morning, was going to go but weather is too wild I think .Trying to keep depression at bay ....Only need a trigger.Mother fell over this morning, had to get Ambos because I can't get her up.Usually that stresses me but I must be getting used to it,she did abuse me a bit, that's what I can't take.

Re: Good Morning!

That's a decent walk @Former-Member - more than I could manage

I used to love walking along the beach in wild weather - I couldn't wear my glasses because they would get so salty I couldn't see anyway but it used to blow the cobwebs out

Your mother - sheesh - I do understand - tough stuff having to have the paramedics to get her up after a fall - but having you abuse you - that is the living pits - I more than just get it

I refused to put up with my mother's verbal abuse - it hurts as much as any other kind of abuse - I walked out on mine after telling her I wasn't go to put up with being snarled at - and I didn't see her for ages until just before she died - but she was in care

Somewhere inside I feel this really bad ache inside for you with your other carrying on like this - I understand you are not able to walk out the way I did

btw - it was easy to walk out that day - it was very hard to stay away but better than putting up with the bad behaviour

I am so sorry Li1
