No bad @redheaded .... managed about 6 hours of broken sleep, but that's better than less .....
Bit worried about my WH (hubby) this morning ..... instead of his morning jog - come illness, injury, fatigue, rain, hail, shine, pestilence - he has gone back to bed with chills, shakes and dizziness .... has slept an hour and a half now.
Might just be the flu .... but he's a worry .....
Beautiful day of sunshine over here. I will miss my morning walk today to stay close by .... so I have taken a coffee back to bed ..... 😏
