I contaplate ending my life I tried to take my life last night I hope someone who feels like I do is getting help no one deserves to live life like I am and y is it me

Today I'm still in a state where I have to listen to a song about suicid and I still wanna die still in crisis but the worst is over

@Evie1- I know you are not travelling great, but my heart us doing a little pitter patter dance at your post. You have ridden one badass wave of distress, and you are still here. Glad to hear you utilising crisis services too. Wrap yourself in all the support you can get sweetheart.
I'm around for much of the day today if you want to chat. Mum is having eye surgery right now, so I will pick her up in a few hours and we'll be resting at my friends place. You are very much in my thoughts; you are not alone in this difficult time.
