I contaplate ending my life I tried to take my life last night I hope someone who feels like I do is getting help no one deserves to live life like I am and y is it me

I am so glad that you have been brave enough to even talk about it here. SI is just so overwheling and constant when depression really takes hold.
Please seek help. There are great services out here that will give you the support you need right now. I am so sorry that you are at this stage - it is truly horrific and the inner pain and turmoil just destroys you.
You are a valuable and wonderfully unique person do not give that away to anyone. You have the right to be fully supported, ackinowledged for what you are experiencing right now.
Please - contact supports, maybe a friend, maybe formaL SERVICES, HOWEVER DO NOT HESITATE. Seek support immediately - you are far to important as a person.

Just wanted to let you know that we have been in regular email contact with Evie and she is doing ok. She just said she will go off to sleep now and there is support in place for tomorrow.
