phone app not working

why wont the phone app work on my phone. it was working fine all day until now

ive got an 'exception code whatever that is

anyone else have this problem how can i fix it?

Yeah mate not just you, windows pc w/ chrome browser or firefox popping "exception id 10DE64B4" for viewing any thread almost all the time.
